Grower powered and market driven, Avoco is New Zealand’s largest avocado exporter, representing 60% of industry volume and the majority of growers in the Bay of Plenty, Mid and Far North production districts. 

Answering the call from New Zealand growers for consolidation as a better way to manage the flow of fruit to international markets, Avoco was established in 2013. 

Avoco’s mission is to combine expertise and resources to take the avocado industry forward and provide a sustainable future for its grower stakeholders.
