Registration for the World Avocado Congress 2023 is now open. Please register via the online form here. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your completed registration form and fees.

Registration fees are payable in New Zealand dollars (NZD). New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 15% is applicable.

Full registration fees include:
- Attendance at the official congress opening
- Attendance to all congress sessions
- Morning, lunch and afternoon tea for each congress day
- Entry to the congress exhibition
Note: Attendance at the congress Field Days and gala dinner* are ticketed separately and can be booked via your registration form.
*Gala dinner detail and tickets will available as soon as details are confirmed.
How to register
Please register via the online form here. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online form and fees.
Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.
If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of NZD 150 + GST will be made, providing notification is received prior to 30 September 2022. Cancellations made after 30 September 2022 are non-refundable.
The 2023 event in New Zealand comes with the additional challenge that further restrictions arise due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Our perfect scenario is that the participants are all able to travel freely to New Zealand to attend in person, but arrangements will allow for a hybrid or virtual congress if global events dictate that.
If the WAC 2023 is held as an online-only or hybrid event (online and in person) your registration will be transferred to the new delivery format.
